Jordan is Out of the Jordanary

Jordan started baking alongside her Grandma Betty as a child. Soon her hobby of being in the kitchen became a passion and she started Out of the Jordanary in Middle School.

(Shout out to her cousin Coby for coming up with the name!)

She continued baking through high school and into college, and then in returning home she went to L’Academie de Cuisine to hone her professional pastry skills. She then worked as a Pastry Chef in food trucks, bakeries and prominent restaurants in D.C. Now she works full-time as the Tasting Room Manager of Waredaca Brewing Company while growing her baking and cake decorating business from home.

Her dream is to continue creating pastries and designing cakes, while expanding Out of the Jordanary beyond her passion project and side hustle.
